 BOXING: A workout that’s a lot of fun regardless of your ability AND a great stress relief!!!!

CARDIO AND ABS: Twenty minutes of “Heart Pumping” Cardio and 20 minutes of abs and finishing with 5 mins of stretching.

RUNNING TRAINING: If you’ve ever wanted to start running, this is a great way to start. Tailored to all levels, with the aim of getting you to 5kms, 10kms or even 21kms and maybe even take part in the Australia Day Fun Run!

STRENGTH TRAINING (RIP):  A weight training program for able bodied people of all ages and fitness levels. 

TABATA – HIIT  –  BUMS & THIGHS: One of the most popular forms of high intensity interval training (HIIT). Consisting of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off intervals, your workout will be guided by an energetic sound track.  Can be modified to suit individual fitness levels.

The classes are run by Tracy and Michelle who are experienced fitness trainers.

You will need to complete an Enrolment form and Health Check form before attending your first class.  These are available at the office, or can be completed upon arrival.
