Activities
Here at Aspendale Gardens Community Centre, we provide a variety of activities to suit the young and the young at heart. For active kids we have Playball sports for 2-8 year olds, Gymbaroo, Ballet, jazz and tap classes, Ballet for pre-schoolers, karate and soccer for kids (1-5yrs).
Creative kids can enjoy Mini Maestros (music for babies and pre-schoolers)
Parents can enjoy socialising at playgroup or taking a break with our weekly occasional care.
There is ladies social netball, Weight Watchers, yoga and fitness classes including Booty Boot Camp, thump boxing and now ZUMBATOMIC (Zumba for kids).
We host a number of seminars/information nights which have included autism seminars, nutrition and fitness as well as a bed wetting and toilet training information night.
There are also a number of parenting information sessions run by City of Kingston.
Community groups meet here on a regular basis. AGRA meet on the last Wednesday day of each month from 7.30pm and our Village committee meet on the first Thursday of each month.
