GETLOW - Monday 10:30am to 11:15am

Term 3 Start Date - 18th July

GETLOW is a beat driven low impact workout designed to ignite your mind, move your body & improve your wellbeing. This 45 minute LIT(Low Intensity Training) full body workout uses boxing, dance, dumbbells, light cardio & seriously good music to transform your min & body.

Boogie Bands - Wednesday 9:15am to 10:00am

Term 3 Start Date - 13th July

Boogie Bands is a 30 minute resistance band workout with a difference! Strengthen your glutes, legs and core to fabulous tunes and funky easy to follow choreographed routines with high & low options for all abilities.

High Low - Wednesday 6:30pm to 7:15pm

Term 3 Start Date - 13th July

This is a 45 minute HIIT style workout aimed at all levels. A class catered to all fitness levels. Higher impact options for people used to working out. Lower impact options for anyone new to exercise, has an injury/medical condition, or is just getting back into training.

Zumba - Thursday 7:00pm to 7:45pm

Term 3 Start Date - 14th July

ZUMBA is a fitness program that combines dance and fitness moves! Don’t worry if you haven't danced in a long time or not danced at all - just let your hair down!!! Note: Classes can be done from a seated position.

GroovX BLAST - Friday 9:15am to 10:00am

Term 3 Start Date - 15th July

GroovXBlast is a combination of  HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and circuit style workout which is a  great way to challenge your body and mix up your training.

Trainer's Choice - Saturday 7:00am to 7:45am

Term 3 Start Date - 20th August

Tracy will facilitate a 45 minute fitness program, guaranteed to get your heart pumping.
