What is Occasional Childcare?
Occasional Childcare is an affordable alternative to long day care.
Our Occasional Childcare program provides short term childcare enabling parents to attend appointments, shopping, work, study and a chance for you to grab a couple of hours for yourself!
Facilitated by our qualified Preschool staff, we offer an educational program that promotes children’s learning and development in all areas of the Victorian Early Learning Years Learning and Development Framework.
The children have opportunities to engage in art and craft, problem solving, imaginary play and sharing and taking turn activities both indoors and outdoors. The children are supported in their exploration of activities by a team of dedicated and enthusiastic Educators. The Educator and two Co-Educators have relevant qualifications and first aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis and child protection training.
The usual sessions times are:
Every Monday – 12.15pm to 3.45pm
Every Thursday – 8.30am to 12.00pm
Every Friday – 8.30am to 1.30pm
