Educators

The team of dedicated and friendly Educators at Aspendale Gardens Kindergarten are committed to working in partnership with families. They recognise that Kinder is an extremely important time for each child as they form attitudes, skills and knowledge to build upon throughout their education and strive to make this a positive and rewarding experience.

At Aspendale Gardens Kindergarten we believe learning and development is stimulated through play-based learning experiences. This is supported through intentional teaching, spontaneous and scaffolded teaching moments and child initiated activities.  The children are encouraged to explore their environment, via both constructed and natural materials.

Educators Qualifications

The Educators are fully trained Early Childhood Professionals with a number of years’ experience. All Educators have First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Asthma and Child Protection training and qualifications. The Educators implement the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Framework and continuously work towards the centre’s Quality Improvement Plan. If you wish to find out more about the National Quality Standards, you can visit the ACECQA website.
