The Aspendale Gardens Community Centre has a range of rooms available for casual and permanent hire. We are centrally located next to the Aspendale Gardens Shopping Centre and have off street parking available.

Community Centre Hall
Our Community Centre hall is a light filled, versatile space for children’s parties, family functions, meetings and a variety of other functions. Glass doors overlook our outdoor area that can be utilised as part of room hire.
All hirers are required to set up for and pack up after their function to ensure the Centre is left in the same condition as upon arrival. Any equipment set up is at hirer's own risk.
Our Multi-Purpose Hall has a stage and can accommodate meetings or performances, functions such as fundraisers and trivia nights. It it also equipped for basketball and netball. The hall can be partitioned into two areas if required. All hirers are required to set up for and pack up after their function to ensure the Centre is left in the same condition as upon arrival.
Hirers have access to our kitchen with a gas oven and stove, fridge, instant boiling water tap and microwave.
Both rooms have access to a shared Outdoor Garden area.
We have a smaller meeting room that can seat up to 20 people, with a sink and storage available.
Conditions of Use
No smoking is allowed within 6 metres of the Centre.
A venue hire contract is required to be signed which includes specific terms and conditions in relation to the conditions of use.
