Annual General Meeting

We would like to invite you to attend the Aspendale Gardens Community Service Inc. (AGCS) Annual General Meeting to be held online on Tuesday 13th May from 7.30pm - 9.00pm.

AGCS is a not for profit organisation run by a volunteer Board of Management to provide services to the community. At the AGM you will be able to:

• Meet our Board of Management

• Find out about AGCS's operations and finances

• Vote on any resolutions proposed

• Learn about our plans for the future

• Celebrate a wonderful 2024!

Once you have registered, you will receive a meeting link for the online meeting and the agenda a couple of days prior to the AGM. Please note that non-members are welcome to attend and share their thoughts, however only members have voting rights.
