About the instructor:

Emma is a dedicated yoga teacher with over several years of experience teaching across Thailand, working within a variety of studios and retreat centres. Her work has been deeply rooted in community, supporting others in reconnecting to themselves and sharing the wisdom of yoga in a way that feels accessible, grounding, and nourishing. She creates calming, welcoming environments where students can truly slow down, release stress, and unwind through Yin Yoga, while her Vinyasa flow classes offer an opportunity to refocus, rejuvenate, and realign both body and mind through mindful, flowing movement. Alongside her classes, Emma also facilitates a monthly women’s circle — a supportive space for women to come together, connect, and feel empowered through shared experiences, reflection, and community. Her approach is intuitive, heart-led, and centred around helping others feel more at home within themselves.
About the classes:
Yin Yoga is a chance to slow down and take a break from the busyness of life. Through gentle, long-held poses, you’ll release tension, calm your mind, and give your body space to rest. It’s a time to focus on your breath, let go of stress, and feel cared for and supported, leaving you relaxed, recharged, and ready to move forward with ease. Vinyasa Flow helps you reconnect with your body and breath, bringing focus and balance to your day. Through mindful, flowing movement, you’ll strengthen, stretch, and realign your body while anchoring yourself in the present moment. It’s a space to reset, refocus, and feel more grounded, leaving you energized, clear, and centred. Women’s Circle – Nourish & Connect, is a welcoming space for women to come together, connect, and feel truly seen and heard. It’s a time to pause, share, and support one another — enjoying each other’s company in a safe, caring environment. Through conversation, gentle exercises, and shared presence, this circle encourages connection, support, and wellbeing. A space to relax, be nourished, and feel held by a community of women.
