WISE At WISE, our work focusses on reducing disadvantage and overcoming challenges so more people can earn, learn, and live well. As Australia’s largest not-for-profit employment services provider, we deliver government-funded programs including Inclusive Employment Australia and Workforce Australia, offering free, tailored support to eligible job seekers and employers. Our commitment extends beyond finding work — we provide training and upskilling, social and community connections, coaching and counselling, and create supported employment opportunities for people living with disability through our three social enterprises. For more than 30 years, WISE has helped individuals shape their own futures — creating lasting, positive change for themselves and their communities.

We connect reliable job seekers with dedicated employers all over Australia, and offer pre-screening, wage subsidies, and ongoing support.
